Thanks to the new rise of the ancient ingredients and to the modern philosophy of the "slow food", life can subvert its own rhythms and give us moments of true enjoyment. The "Sosta di Violante" is the reign of olive oil and of the meat of the "Cinta Senese" (the king of the pigs), famous above all because from it the "Lardo di Colonnata" is obtained. Here the typical products of Tuscany are treated with all the respect inherited from our ancient culinary tradition.
