the "Piazza del Campo", heart of Siena and
place of the Palio, a party of young men tries to
recover the true roots of the culinary art and of
the "rest before the road"
culture, typical of Tuscan history. The style of the
hospitality and the flavor of the red wine, combined
with the belief that the conduction of a restaurant
would be a real Art, distinguish their venture.

this spirit that they have organized the cellar,
ready to offer famous as well as unknown wines (like
Chianti, Brunello, etc.), in this way they make a
painstaking preparation of the dishes, thanks
also to the recover work of the typical ingredients
of Siena's tradition and of the history of Tuscany
and Italy.
